The 3D|CORE™ structure is a honeycomb frame in a foam core. This frame is produced by a patented process and is a reinforce structure inside a foam core. During the production of composite parts, the structure will be filled with resin. The cured resin and the foam core build a hybrid composite with excellent technical properties.

3D|CORE™ XPS Foam is a polystyrene foam which is suitable for ultra-lightweight construction applications.  The honeycomb structure provides more flexibility and is easy to handle.

3D|CORE™ PET Foam is a closed-cell, thermoplastic and recyclable rigid foam with excellent technical properties. It is suitable for the construction of high-strength lightweight components. The honeycomb structure provides more flexibility and is easy to handle.  The core is applicable with all known resin systems and processes.
